KSeF Additional Info
KSeF is changing the way companies work with structured documents, but in practice many businesses quickly notice one limitation: the standard solution mainly supports the basic scope of data required by the system. When there is a need to include additional business information, standard mechanisms often prove insufficient.
Our application was created for customers already using IT.Integro’s Polish Localization and its integration with KSeF. It extends the standard capabilities of the solution and allows both sales and service documents sent to KSeF to be enriched with additional information that is important from the perspective of business processes, the customer relationship, or the specifics of a given document.
The greatest advantage of the solution is its full configurability without any need for programming. Users can independently define the scope of data to be added to a document using simple and flexible settings. The application makes it possible to create default data sets as well as individual sets assigned to specific customers, separately for sales and service documents. This allows the content of an e-document to be adapted to different cooperation scenarios without any code changes.
The solution can retrieve data from Business Central tables, which provides very broad possibilities for building additional information. It supports fixed values, source-table fields, and additional information stored for selected master data and documents. In practice, this means companies can use data available on records such as customer, vendor, item, resource, fixed asset, or G/L account, as well as on sales and service documents including orders, invoices, and credit memos.
The application was designed to combine extensive configuration flexibility with ease of daily use. It does not require dedicated custom development or the involvement of developers for every change. It supports both manual and automatic completion of data, including during document release, helping keep KSeF data complete and consistent.
